Once a week, depending on the weather, we mow your lawn, neatly trim around obstacles, edge front walks and curb line, pick up trash and blow walkways clean. As professionals, we adjust the mowing height, depending upon seasonal and weather conditions.

Spring and Fall Cleanups

We will power rake, hand rake, or blow to remove leaves, trash, and grass clippings from your lawn, shrubs, and flower beds at the beginning and the end of the season.

Fertilizing and Weed Control

Parkway employees are annually re-certified in lawn care to provide safe fertilizer and nutritional treatments to produce a great-looking, healthy lawn throughout the year. Parkway uses only dry granular fertilizers. We apply crabgrass pre-emergent treatment in the spring and broadleaf post-emergent as needed throughout the season – guaranteed control of broadleaf weeds to your satisfaction or we’ll re-spray at no charge. Guarantee applies to four applications per season.

Slice Seeding / Lawn Renovation

When lawn renovation is needed, slice seeding can often solve the problem quickly, easily, and with little mess or bother. Our system slices through the sod and plants new seed directly into the soil, eliminating the need to strip the existing sod or till the yard.

Lawn Aerating

Core aeration is one of the most important cultural practices you can provide your lawn. We will aerate your lawn to help control thatch, improve soil structure, help improve growth pockets for new roots, and open the way for water and fertilizer to enter your lawn’s root zone.

Trimming and Pruning

We shape and prune your shrubs and bushes, correctly and at the proper time, to promote growth of well-balanced, neat, and sturdy plants.

We provide prompt, dependable snow clearing of sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots, as well as sanding and salting of parking lots.
